Dear Sleep and Soak, I am very pleased with my pillow and it is truly very soft and comfy. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 starts is the hardness of it’s casement. I understand this is to cut out natural moisture but it does give it a harder feel and a sound slightly like plastic. I’m hoping this will soften over time and become a completely excellent sleep experience. Thank you. Olly James

Nice cosy quilt -Quality outerLight in weight

I ordered 2 bedspreads one of which I had ordered before in a different colour. Both good quality and good value as in the sale. Ordered Wednesday evening and delivered on the Friday. Great service and website easy to order.

Dressing gown of rather thin material, Expected higher quality.

The pillows are very comfortable and are the best we have purchased, however a small downfall as the pillows need to be plumped up regularly as they sometimes go a little flat for our liking.All in all though we would highly recommend these pillows.

The pillow is really well made and I think many will find it comfortable. It’s not as firm as I’d like but it is comfortable when paired with my other pillows. I needed a new pillow quite urgently if not I would have probably returned it. It would be good to have images showing people lying on the pillows I think that would have given me a better idea of how firm it was.

So I bought the Hungarian goose down standard soft/medium pillows. Two pillows. I really was expecting the world but I didn’t even get a continent. The pillows are filled with air. You might as well use your arm for a pillow because you would have more support. There’s nothing in those pillows. It’s a complete and utter scam. I wanted to return, but to return you have to print shipping details. And unfortunately working from home, I have no access to a printer. And I think this is intentional on Soak and Sleep’s part. To deter returns. So I’m stuck with the pillows. I’m a stickler for reviews, I did my research. I thought the negatives were just overreacting. I should’ve listened to the negative reviews. Bad product and bad customer service.

Products haven’t arrived and I have not had a reply to my email.

I Ordered a single bed flat sheet in cotton so when it arrived I washed it to get the new smell out,I put my machine on at 30 but the sheet came out very creased,and it was very hard to iron out,don’t think I will order again.
